Foundry in Tianjin
Streamline Foundry in Tianjin is capable of sand casting and investment casting from 338 Series to 1038 series pump stages. The foundry is equipped with most advanced automatic mold-making line as well as other automation machinery. Our foundry set up emphasises versatility, efficiency and technology over volume which was focus for outdated traditional foundry.
The foundry is casting Ni-Resist Type 1, Type 4, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel and Bronze on regular basis.
The foundry is also equipped with heavy duty CNCs and hydraulic pump test bench.
Machine shop in Wuxi
Our Wuxi factory is focus on two jobs: stainless steel parts machining and Tungsten Carbide manufacturing.
Equipment with most advanced CNC machinery and EDM machines, our factory can take the most challenge jobs in the industry. Our QA/QC team has been doing the in-process inspection as well as final quality check for major ESP companies. We outsource heat treatment, coating and other special process to some of the best factories, some of them are also qualified contractors for aerospace and military business.
